Management Team
Mr. Tej Prakash Jain and Mr. Gurvinder Singh form the management team of Monotech Systems Limited. Their guidance and strategic approach have supported our company in progressing every year by adding stars in the list of achievements.
Mr. Tej Prakash Jain
He began his career in 1986 and has worked in Tej Prakash Jain plantation and in different manufacturing sectors and financial domain. With over 29 years of experience in business management & finance, he has gained excellence in the leadership roles. Before starting Monotech Systems Limited in 1999, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Monotype India Ltd. Apart from this; he has worked as Vice President (Finance) and Company Secretary of another group company, Jalpac India Ltd., Delhi. He has also taken part in many seminars and conferences of the industry.
Since the establishment of Monotech Systems Limited, Mr Tej Prakash Jain has taken the sales turnover of the company to over INR 150 crores. Also, he has provided employment to over 400 highly skilled personnel. Today, the company has a highly diversified portfolio and commands a market leading position. He is also credited for introduction of several new technologies & products in the Graphic Arts Industry.
Mr. Gurvinder Singh
He is working as the Director of sales and marketing in Monotech Systems Limited. He is associated with the company for over 15 years, during which he has also fulfilled the job responsibilities of sales manager. Mr. Singh has extensive knowledge of digital, commercial and label printing work. He understands that in India, the market of printing and packaging is vast and has lots of business opportunities.
Today, he is the head of various business units and handles a huge team of sales and marketing experts. He has dome Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and possesses over 23 years of experience in the printing industry.
